That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear, and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies. hair quality

Our Mink Brazilian Hair is of high quality. The hair can be dyed to a #613 color easily (please receive professional help if not experience with dying hair). The hair lasts 2 years plus with the proper care. The natural curls hold after washed, hardly tangles, and minimal to no shedding. The body wave, loose wave, and deep wave hair can be flat ironed bone straight or curled.

customer care

  • Wet the hair and apply a moisturizing conditioner to the hair.

  • Comb through with your fingers, a wide-tooth comb, or a wet brush.

  • Starting from the ends and working your way up to the top.

  • Rinse thoroughly with cold or lukewarm water.

  • Repeat if necessary.

  • Shampoo when necessary (use shampoo no higher than ph7).

  • Allow hair to air dry before styling.

D'vyn Extensions & Units LLC offers secure delivery options. We ship nationwide within the U.S. via USPS Priority Mail.

Additional shipping information

  • We process and deliver orders Monday-Friday (excluding holidays). Saturday and/or Sunday deliveries may be available for some orders.

  • If you order multiple items, you may get multiple deliveries. We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email for each shipment, so you’ll know exactly what to expect and when to expect it.

  • The estimated delivery date is based on your delivery address and the shipping option you’ve selected.

  • If you are unavailable when the courier attempts to deliver, the courier will rearrange delivery. You'll be notified via the contact information provided during checkout for this purpose.

  • We do not offer international shipping and are unable to ship to P.O. boxes, re-shippers, or package forwarding services.

  • Please note that we are not responsible for any shipping/delivery delays once in transit.

  • Please make sure you provide us with the correct shipping address. Unfortunately, all orders must be shipped to the address that was entered at the time of checkout.

  • If a package is stated to be "undeliverable" and returned because of an invalid/incorrect address supplied by the buyer, the order will be the buyers' responsibility to pay to have the items re-shipped.

  • Once we assign your package to the shipping carrier, the package is no longer in our control and becomes the courier's responsibility. You will need to contact the courier service to initiate a package trace and work with the courier to locate your package.

Return policy

We want you to love your D'vyn Extensions & Units LLC product. We will replace an item(s) if we have sent you the wrong item(s). To qualify for an exchange, the hair or the unit must be in their original condition.

When returning a product, replace the unused item(s) in the original packaging, along with any accompanying accessories and documents (instructions, warranties, authentication certificates) and the delivery slip. We advise you to take all necessary precautions to ensure that your product is protected. Items not returned or returned incomplete, ruined, damaged, degraded, soiled, or in any other condition that would reasonably suggest that they have been used or worn will not be changed.

 

Special order, personalized, and made-to-order cannot be returned to D'vyn Extensions & Units LLC for exchange or refund.

 

Custom wigs made according to and/or at the request of the customer, or products that have been altered, as well as sealed Items that have been unsealed after delivery and that, cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection may not be exchanged.
